Cake Tasting.You pick three flavors of cake (in cupcakes) and 3 fillings and you mix and match. There are two options for tastings:
1. Choose your flavors and filling and pick up a cake tasting box of twelve (12) cupcakes (four of each flavor). Then do a telephonic consultation or message Darla to finalize your cake. This option is $40.00. 2. Sit down in person to consult and taste your flavors and fillings (as in option 1 above. You pay $55.00 for this option, which covers cake tasting for bride and groom plus two. Additional guests are accommodated at a rate of $10.00 per taster. A deposit of $100.00 is required to lock in your wedding date at time of booking. Final payment for wedding cakes are due no later than seven (7) days before delivery (see why here). FLAVORS:
For cake flavors I have vanilla or vanilla bean, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, strawberry, carrot, and butter pecan. If there’s a flavor you have your heart set on I can most likely do it. FILLINGS:
Most brides ask for: strawberry, mixed berry, peanut butter, chocolate ganache, lemon or lime curd, coconut pecan.
