Established in 2017Darla's Pie Whole & Cakery (doing business as Darla's Cakery) is a Highlandville, Missouri-based home bakery, that provides specialty cakes made to order and whole pies made from scratch, for special occasions or just because. Cakes are delivered in-person according to Missouri SB 525.
When my husband Trevor and I started a family, we were faced with the fantasy cake requests from our girl, Jada. I knew I liked great cake but I also wanted to fulfill her wishes. So, I began making the cakes for her, then people began to notice. Once the orders began to roll in, we decided to just embrace the goodness!

So, now I work hard to create amazing designs to replicate the photos provided by clients or translate their ideas into edible works of art. But what I'm determined to do (no matter the design) is deliver cakes that have amazing flavor! See what others are saying on social media:

We have acquired the (condemned) property at 200 Highlandville, Rd. Over the last 2.5 years, we demolished these buildings and built a brand new brick and mortar shop (no brick or mortar though), to offer amazing desserts and excellent coffee. Check out photos and videos of our progress!

NOTICE
We are pending certification by the Health Department, which precludes us from preparing cheesecakes and cream pies. Certification of our Highlandville location is scheduled for March - April 2022.
