DESIGN RETAINER:
A $100 design retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and confirm your commission. This retainer is applied toward the final cost of your cake and secures your place on our calendar. If circumstances require cancellation and we are notified no later than seven (7) days prior to delivery, 50% of the retainer will be refunded.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is due no later than seven (7) days prior to delivery. This timing allows the final week before your celebration to remain focused on preparation, execution, and finishing—without administrative interruptions. It also ensures clarity and peace of mind for all parties as your event approaches. Final payments are automatically scheduled when your design retainer is confirmed.
