A Thoughtful Way to Explore Flavor
Flavor selection is an important part of the design process. To keep it focused and enjoyable, we offer two tasting formats depending on how you prefer to engage. Curated Tasting Selection You’ll choose three cake flavors and three fillings. These are prepared as tasting portions designed to help you experience balance, texture, and pairing—rather than overwhelm. TASTING OPTIONSTasting Box + Guided Follow-Up
A boxed tasting of twelve (12) cupcakes—four of each selected flavor—prepared for pickup. After your tasting, we’ll schedule a brief follow-up conversation or continue via messaging to confirm your final selections and next steps. Investment: $40 In-Person Tasting & Design Consultation
A seated consultation with tasting for the couple and up to two additional guests. This option allows time to discuss flavor, design direction, and overall scope while tasting together. Investment: $55 Additional guests may be accommodated at $10 per person. Securing Your Date
A design retainer of $100 is required to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. This ensures availability and allows us to plan your commission with care. Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to delivery, allowing the final week to remain focused on execution and finishing. FLAVORS:
Flavor is selected once design direction and availability are confirmed. For cake flavors I have vanilla or vanilla bean, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, strawberry, carrot, and butter pecan. If there’s a flavor you have your heart set on I can most likely do it. FILLINGS:
Most brides ask for: strawberry, mixed berry, peanut butter, chocolate ganache, lemon or lime curd, coconut pecan. |
